Violi Macchine Srl was founded in 1992 in Monte San Savino (Italy), building on Giorgio Violi’s experience in designing machinery for the goldsmithing industry. The company offers a wide range of machinery, including drawing and straightening solutions for various industrial applications. Wire drawing machines are designed to achieve extremely fine diameters, while hydraulic drawing benches for tubes and bars ensure precise control of wall thickness. Straightening machines represent a core part of the product portfolio. Tubes and bars with round sections are processed using hyperbolic roller straighteners, which can be integrated with automatic loading and unloading benches. Wire straightening machines feature a rotating unit and fly-cutting system. The range is completed by straighteners for square, rectangular, and complex profiles—also available with a fly-cutting system—designed to handle irregular geometries.
In line with its commitment to the circular economy, Violi Macchine designs briquetting presses for metal chips generated by machining processes. This technology offers significant advantages: it enables the recovery of residual oils while drastically reducing waste volume, improving storage and handling efficiency. Another key area of expertise is precious and noble metal recovery.
