Violi Macchine began by manufacturing machinery for the goldsmithing district - a sector it is still deeply involved in- and has grown as a trusted partner for over 1,200 clients across more than 50 countries. Tube and wire processing

Violi Macchine manufactures multi steps wire drawing machines as well as hydraulic tube drawing machines available in different configurations of power and working length.

Hyperbolic roller straighteners are engineered for the processing of round-section tubes and bars, which can be integrated with automatic loading and unloading benches. Wire straightening is carried out using machines equipped with a rotating unit and fly cutting system.

The range is completed by straighteners designed for square, rectangular, and complex profiles—also available with fly cutting system —engineered to handle irregular geometries.

Ultrasonic cleaners

Designed to deeply clean and degrease mechanical components, small parts, complex geometries, and medical devices, Violi Macchine's ultrasonic cleaners find application across multiple fields.

They remove dirt even from the smallest components, ensuring a high level of hygiene and safety.

An innovative overflow system is also available: surface oil is recirculated into a rear tank, preventing contamination when parts are removed from the bath.

Metal recovery from industrial waste

In a world of shrinking resources and increasingly stringent regulations, recovering value from industrial waste is no longer an option: it's a competitive necessity.

Violi Macchine covers the entire process chain: ball mills, rotative samplers and mixers for the treatment of ash and furnace residues; an automatic line for the recovery of precious metals from electronic boards (WEEE); dedicated systems for the extraction of platinum, palladium and rhodium from spent catalysts. Briquetting machines complete the range, compacting high-value CNC metal swarf and reducing storage and transport volumes.

Built around customization

In addition, the company manufactures plants for shredding, compacting, straightening and drawing, adaptable to a wide range of industrial applications.

One of its latest innovations is the tube unwinding and rewinding system, a cutting-edge solution designed to manage the entire processing cycle: from unwinding coils or reels, through tube straightening and intermediate steps such as annealing and quality control, to final rewinding.
