Electro-hydraulic automatic band saw with automatic rotation controlled for cutting from -60° to +60° of solid material, pipes, profiles, and beams – 0° cutting range 450x450mm. In addition to the automatic cutting cycle, it is also available the semi-automatic mode. -Ideal for cutting superalloys, high- strength steels, and surface-treated materials: the cast-iron frame, 9 kW motor, and 41 mm blade ensure outstanding performance even when cutting particularly tough materials.
– The feeding system is available in 1500 mm and 3000 mm stroke, both configurable with either a gantry or a gripper device, to suit specific cutting and material-handling needs. (Extensions of 1500 mm are also available upon request)

The sliding table is available with rollers, flat plate, or roller bed, depending on the type and characteristics of the material. Equipped with an inspection window and a system for collecting and reusing cutting fluid. Customizable upon request. -Integrated cutting library: by entering the dimensions, type, and hardness of the material, the cutting library automatically suggests the most suitable blade and the ideal force and speed parameters.
