Production and transformation
ATAG Spa specializes in the production and transformation of rubber and plastic components, including extruded products, gaskets, anti-vibration systems,
rubber rollers, molded components, and custom-made solutions. We process all finished parts internally, starting from semi-finished plastic and rubber materials. Each component is manufactured with complete autonomy and with a key added value: zero environmental impact. ATAG Spa is green. Our headquarters in Mussolente (VI) is powered by solar panels, providing energy stability and independence for our entire production process—an advantage for the planet and cost savings for our customers.
Flexible hoses and expansion joints
ATAG Spa offers the most comprehensive range of flexible hoses in various sizes, made from rubber, plastic, or technical fabrics. Our products provide the best solutions for transporting solids, liquids, or gases—whether concentrated or fluidized—at both low and extremely high temperatures. Hoses are designed to convey air, gas, fumes, various liquids (including hazardous and aggressive substances), foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, oils, chemicals, acids, and highly corrosive solvents, all in compliance with FDA, UNI1935/2004, ATEX, PED, and WRAS regulations.
Furthermore, the company offers electrically heated hoses, providing a reliable solution wherever high-quality, durable hoses are required to transport
liquids and gases while maintaining precise temperature control. Additionally, ATAG Spa supplies rubber and metal expansion joints for a wide range of applications, including oil, diesel fuel, gas, wastewater, chemicals, exhaust gases, sewer systems, and purification processes.
Specialized products for specific industries
Through its subsidiary COFI Srl, ATAG Spa also serves the naval industry, providing products compliant with RINA and MIL standards. In the pharmaceutical, food, hospital, nuclear, and chemical sectors, professionals handle substances that must remain uncontaminated by external agents and, at the same time, must not pose a risk of contaminating themselves. Piercan gloves, distributed by ATAG Spa, are highly specialized technical products designed in accordance with
major European regulations on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including EN420 (general safety requirements), EN374 (protection against chemicals and microorganisms), and EN388 (protection against mechanical risks).
