One of the company’s most recent investments is the fiber laser cutting system, which allows the processing of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass with exceptional quality. This system delivers clean and precise cuts, handling thicknesses of up to 20 mm for steel and 15 mm for stainless steel, thanks to an advanced adaptive collimator.
Additionally, Depedri has implemented the automated “Night Train” storage system , which autonomously manages materials, optimizing production cycles and minimizing waste. This system
enables overnight operations without requiring supervision, further enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Superbox metal structures and custom solutions
Depedri is widely recognized for its Superbox metal structures, made from corrugated galvanized sheet metal and fully customizable to meet client specifications. These structures can be equipped with overhead doors, double doors, or pedestrian access points, as well as windows with mesh or shutters.
Each unit is individually designed rather than mass-produced, ensuring maximum adaptability and customer satisfaction. Beyond Superbox structures, the company also manufactures valve and meter boxes, storage cabinets for agricultural chemicals, and a broad range of metal enclosures, all compliant with the latest safety and regulatory standards.
Sheet metal bending and stamping
Depedri operates five CNC press brakes, which provide precise and customized bending solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. These are complemented by eccentric presses with capacities of 80 and 150 tons, allowing for high-precision stamping, even in demanding applications. The company also offers automated strip stamping, significantly reducing processing times and enabling rapid and precise order fulfillment, ensuring both speed and accuracy in production.
Robotic welding
With the introduction of an ABB robotic arc welding system, Depedri has optimized the assembly of metal sheets and tubes. This robot features a working range of up to 3,000 x 1,000 mm and a load capacity of 250 kg per station. The transition to robotic welding has not only improved welding quality but also reduced production times, enhancing the company’s competitiveness in the global market.
