The Idler Roller Conveyor line includes models for both horizontal transport and lateral containment.
They are available with different types of aluminum profiles (for different load capacities), rollers and heads to meet any transport need. All roller conveyors are modular and highly customizable to adapt to any use and existing production line.
The GreenBlow® air line includes all the components needed to create a real blowing, suction and filtering system, capable of carrying applications like cleaning, cooling, drying and separation of products with different weights.
The GreenBlow® line includes:
• Blowers: with different types of high- efficiency, low-energy impact motors• Air knives and diffusers: to distribute the flow over different sections. Available in different shapes and versions, with the possibility of covering widths greater than 4 meters
• Extraction hoods and Cyclone: allow for air suction and filtration. With these components it is possible to create the Pull’n’Catch® system, capable of eliminating processing residues, dust (PM2.5 PM10 and free crystalline silica) up to viruses and bacteria
• Connectors and Fittings: convey the air flow from the blower to the diffuser/ air knife without pressure losses and reduced noise
• Supports and brackets: allow for quick and easy assembly on any existing system
