Violi macchine S.r.l. is an Italian company that for over 30 years designs and produces machineries for jewellery making, precious metals recovery and industrial companies.

Violi was founded in 1992 as a manufacturer of machinery for the jewellery field. In 1995 Violi started to develop hydraulic drawing benches for the drawing of tubes coming from continuous casting for the production of rings. This new system took considerable advantages in the market. Over the years, other machines have been developed to complete this process with hyperbolic straightening machines for tubes, bars or profiles, multi-steps wire drawing machines and bull blocks.
Violi macchine developed then machineries for the recovery of precious metals such as ball mills, ash mixers and briquetting machines for chips processing in order to optimize the melting process.
The related cycles have been introduced in the world of industry allowing the company to develop automatic straightening and drawing plants. The automatic drawing plant is composed of one hydraulic drawing bench with a pulling power and useful length on request and a front structure for oscillating anchorage of the internal spindle.
The plant is equipped with an oscillating system to align the plug anchored to facilitate the insertion of the pipes. The system is equipped with an exclusive system that allows the start of the drawing in a gradual manner thanks to the programming of power and speed. The load of the pipes is automatic.
The unloading of the processed tubes is automatic, the drawn tubes are deposited on the appropriate side warehouse without interruption of the cycle. All movements are carried out safely using sensors, photocells and metal barriers. Variable working speed and maximum drawing power can be adjusted via Touch Panel. This plant is designed for remote assistance and parameter management.
The logic of the plant allows to determine all the operations in progress. Possibility to insert recipes and then to resume them. The plant is equipped with a lubrication pump and a closed- circuit tank suitable for the type of oil used. Variable technical characteristics according to customer requirements. As for the straightening of tubes, Violi produces a range of machines for the straightening of metals of a wide range of materials both hot and cold drawn.
Acting on the vertical axis is it possible to adapt the straightening machine to several diameters and to correct the line of the advancement of the profile in order to create a process of metal stressing and to get products perfectly straight. Experience, research and developing of new technologies allow Violi to complete this series of standard machines with manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic tube loding/ unloading automations.
