Hydrolyser (Electrolyser) for Green H2 Production Using Anion Exchange Membrane Technology

The world is transitioning towards using Renewable Energy now more than ever. With India pledging to go Carbon Neutral by 2070, it has become imperative to develop products and services which are efficient, cost effective and capable of delivering the required results for improving the overall state of the environment. This led to the development of our Anion Exchange Membrane based Hydrolyser.


Our system produces Green Hydrogen at one of the lowest specific energy consumption rates, in addition to having a significantly lower CAPEX than other technologies and rapid operational capabilities. All this is possible through efficient and durable membranes, non-noble metal electrodes and smart electronic management of cell stack systems through a microprocessor system.

The Hydrolyser would produce 1.66 kg/day of highly pure (99.99%) Green H2 using 8 cell stacks at a 12V DC and 10A current supply.
We believe that our technology would bring about a positive change in the Renewable energy industry through the increased implementation of Green Hydrogen production systems such as Electrolysers. By making our module highly cost competitive and durable, rapid scaling up is now possible at Megawatt or even Gigawatt levels. This would enable the possibilities of reaching CAPEX figures of $1/kg of Hydrogen by 2050 as per the USA Department of Energy’s goals.
