Filtomatic Fasteners srl is a world leader in the production of stainless steel and superalloy washers.
In 60 years it has gained the necessary experience to successfully supply end customers with fasteners (washers, nuts and bolts) with certified quality and guaranteed European Origin, together with 3.1 certificates (if requested also certificates of the steel company which produced the raw material) and certificate of the Italian chamber of commerce.
Our customers are the major players in the fields of energy productions, oil & gas, piping and infrastructure.
The screws, nuts and washers we supply can be produced according to all the most common norms, such as: UNI / ISO / DIN / BS / ASTM or according to customers’ design, through the so-called cold and hot stamping processes and in the following materials: AISI 304 (W.N. 1.4301/1.4307), AISI 316 (W.N. 1.4401/1.4404/1.4571/1.4432/1.443 5/1.4436), duplex A182 F51 UNS S31803 duplex (W.N. 1.4462), super duplex UNS S32750 F53 (W.N. 1.4410), super duplex F55 UNS S32760 (W.N . 1.4501), UNS S31254 F44, INCONEL® 625, Hastelloy C276, Monel 400.
Moreover, the continuous growth over the years has allowed us to establish close cooperation with the main global steel mills, with annual supply programs which allow us to access to an immediate availability or the possibility of sourcing in a short time coils in all types of above indicated stainless steel and superalloys. The thicknesses range we can supply goes from 0,15 mm to 4 mm, in all the finishes normally required by the market (BA / 2R, 2BB, 2B, 1D, 2D, 2E, scotch brite…).
The presence within our production departments of a cutting machine for coils/strips allows us to be able to provide our customers with strips and sheets according to their needs, with widths ranging from 10 mm direct cut from 1,000 mm, 1,250 mm, 1,500 mm coils.
Since 1999, Filtomatic Fasteners srl has adopted a Quality Management System certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and is currently implementing an integrated system which will also lead us to obtain the UNI EN ISO 14001 certification (Environmental Management Systems), before the end of the year.
We are also able to provide all declarations of conformity relating to:
•MOCA directive (Materials and objects in contact with drinking water and food);
•RoHS directive (concerning the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment);
•Reach regulation (adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that may arise using chemical substances).
