Tovo Gomma Spa, characterized by a solid and stable company structure with a family character, has been operating since 1973 in the elastomers sector and is specialized in the project and production of rubber compounds, vulcanized sheets and foam for the most various industrial sectors, from automotive to food, from petrochemical to construction, in Europe and worldwide.
The strengths that characterize our company are the completeness of range of solutions available, the ability to project and fine-tune products for specific applications, production flexibility and efficiency in all process phases.
Our staff, led by a qualified and experienced managerial structure, has at its disposal a technological laboratory with the most recent and complete equipment for development and quality control of compounds and sheets. The mixing plants are completely controlled by PLC, the dosages take place automatically on dedicated plants and the materials are managed in such a way as to guarantee their traceability. The mixing and dosing lines for small ingredients are duplicated and redundant to ensure production continuity in all circumstances.
For the production of sheets, we have systems for continuous vulcanization and compression moulding machines. In 2021, the offer of compounds was further expanded: a line for the production of silicone compounds came into operation with a team of consolidated experience in a dedicated plant equipped with the most recent and complete production and testing technologies.
The company has an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Safety certified in accordance with ISO 9001/14000/45000 and has adopted an Organizational Model compliant with Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 231/01.
The attention to the environment has already entered, together with the issue of work safety, in all Tovo Gomma’s business processes. The implementation of a company policy geared towards the environment issues, requires an integrated approach and attention to details. Tovo Gomma intends to continue this path within a strategy of continuous improvement that in the future will make sustainability an element of advantage, even economic, for everyone.
