“INOXDADI S.R.L.” founded in 1973 is one of the most important European producers and distributors of nuts, screws, bolts, studs, washers, threaded rods and fasteners in a wide range of materials like Stainless Steel, Duplex, Superduplex, Refractory Stainless, Nickel Alloys, Brass, Titanium, Aluminium, Nimonic,….
Our company is located in the north of Italy, about 50 Km from Milan.
The factory, the warehouse and the offices cover a total area of 20.000mq.
Since almost 50 years “INOXDADI S.R.L.” is dealing with a wide range of fasteners in various sizes and grades, certified by ISO and TUV and produced in accordance to international standard (DIN/ISO/ NFE/UNI) or to customer drawing and distributed worldwide.
The applications range is wide and stretch from petrochemical to marine industry, from aerospace to nuclear applications, from chemical processing to pollution control, from industrial furnaces to gas turbine components, from hydro-carbon processing equipment to heat exchangers, from waste treatment to desalination equipment, medical, automotive, energy, costruction.
Our huge stock of countless items in stainless and special alloys, includes metric & imperial (UNC, UNF) sizes as well as left and/or fine pitches thread that are therefore immediately available for shipment. The raw materials are of European origin and the full traceability from the mill to finished product is everyday guaranteed and can be certified. Declaration of origin as well as certificates 2.2, 3.1, 3.2, PPAP, VDA are available on demand.
The Quality Dept is equipped with portable x-ray and fixed gas spectrometers in order to attest the good quality of the raw material in terms of chemical composition, while severe mechanical tests are arranged for every batch of products to ensure conformity to the mechanical requirements of the material/article.
Our automatic video sorting & inspection machine can guarantee a deep geometrical check so to guarantee very low PPM quality level in accordance to customer demand.
Significant and continuous investments are constantly made with purchase of new machines and new technologies for the industry 4.0.
Frequent training courses have allowed and encouraged all workers to achieve important and continuous aims.
