Terranova® designs, develops and builds instrumentation for the measurement and control of processes and variables in the Oil & Gas industry, including primary flow elements.
Today, the Terranova group, which includes historical brands of Italian instrumentation (Valcom®, Spriano®, MecRela®, Tecnomatic Flow Elements®), produces different types of instruments, which differ from the classic series production which allows an extraordinary flexibility in satisfying our customer requests.
In addition to this attention to customer needs, the company have made significant investments to improve the quality of the production processes (ISO 9001, ATEX, PED, IECEx, SIL, Rina,LR,BV,ecc..). All these qualities allow Terranova® to offer to the Oil & Gas industry a wide range of electronic pressure, level, vacuum, Δp transmitters (and related control systems) that cover measuring ranges from a few mbar to 1000 bar with output 4 -20 mA, HART® and Fieldbus communication protocol, with integrated or remote electronics.
Among the various solutions Terranova® may offer pressure, density, single-point and multi-point temperature transmitters, torque tube level and level meters for a variety of high-precision applications.
The wide range of production includes tools with process connections, threaded and flanged, available in both integral and remote versions; Furthermore, instruments complete with capillary and separators in various alloys produced, assembled and tested by us, are available.
Terranova® instrumentation also finds application in various industrial sectors: chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, energy, water treatment, steam treatment, naval, but It is historically strong in the Oil &
Gas industry where many instruments have been widely distributed worldwide and included in the main foreign Vendor Lists.

Terranova® products can be supplied in standard (Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel) and special alloys (Hastelloy, Duplex, Super duplex, Titanium, Inconel, Aisi 430 etc.) according to the application.
We take care of all stages of production, cutting, stamping, welding, filling and testing of the sensor, assembly and finishing in-house.
The testing phase begins with the arrival of the certified material, which is immediately checked and verified.
The acceptance tests are performed on 100% of the production and they concern not only the calibration of the instrument, but also electrical insulation tests, accuracy, in addition to mechanical tests, physical and chemical tests, painting tests (when required).
