Established in 1987, Color Service is an Italian company, leader in the development and production of automatic dispensing systems.
The company was the first one in the world to introduce during ITMA 1987 the first automatic dosing system for powder dyestuff for textile industry, changing considerably the approach of the textile world towards automation.
Thanks to its capillary presence in the worldwide network and years of experience and know-how, Color Service introduced its unique technology into other markets segments such us rubber, tire, cosmetics, plastics, becoming the world leader in the production of automatic dispensing system and solving many of the issues present in the manual weighing of any powder products.
Over the years the range of Color Service automatic dosing systems became larger, up to the production of dosing systems for liquid auxiliaries, powder dyes (in production and laboratory) for dyeing and printing houses and tanneries. Color Service is also specialized in the automatic management of continuous dyeing cycles, in foulards and finishing.
All Color Service production is entirely made in Italy on three premises (total production area 15.000 sqm, with 160 people working), a unique feature that is synonymous with cutting-edge systems and high technology. All processes are automatically monitored and data are recorded in the software developed to be user friendly and intuitive.
Moreover, the technology is all eco-friendly enabling to reduce the energy/ water consumption, the environment pollution and material wasting to get a more responsible production process that is attentive to consumption of these resources.
