Teknomecc Srl is a young company that operates in the industrial sector specializing in the production of small metal parts to customer design.

The production is made of different materials: stainless steel AISi 303, 304, 316L, 416, 430F titanium, aluminium 2011, 6060, 6082, ergal, brass, nickel silver, bronze, delrin.
The small metal parts, turned and milled to design, are intended for the following sectors: general mechanics, automation, electronics, fashion accessories, dental, medical, telecommunications, hydraulics, naval, furniture and refrigeration.
Teknomecc is also able to offer its customers components with subsequent surface treatments, such as polishing and chrome plating, and heat treatments, grinding thanks to expert collaborators and suppliers who have been working in the sector for years.
The machinery of the latest generation ensures excellent performance, in terms of both quality and reliability, and allows to realize high-complexity detailed components, with diameters ranging from a minimum of 0.8 mm to a maximum of 32 mm.
The use of automated CAD/CAM systems allows to quickly verify the effective feasibility of a project, applying any adjustments and changes required in a very short time.
All sliding head lathes are equipped with CO2 fire suppression system, so that it is also possible to machine titanium components.
Teknomecc has obtained the quality certification UNI-EN ISO 9001:2008 issued by DNV in the year 2012.
