LIMA supplies the valve industry with highly reliable and excellent durability components, such as valve seats and insert rings up to 1450mm diameter.
Lima manufactures components in various plastic materials such as PTFE, PCTFE, POM, PA, PEEK, PP, PE, HDPE, and others. We machine both virgin materials as well as materials filled with glass fibers, carbon graphite, MoS2 etc.
Our production unit is equipped with a state-of-the-art fleet of machines, including lathes and CNC machining centers and a metric room equipped with optical, laser and 3D for dimensional control.
Rigorous checks are carried out at each manufacturing stage by comparators and altimeters. Close attention is paid to every dimensional aspect (corners, presumed height of the ball, roughness, cross section, surface finishing).
LIMA is equipped also with hydraulic presses for the assembly of insert rings inside of the corresponding metal seats.
Lima is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 (since 2002) and UNI EN ISO 140001 (2013). Our short-term goal is obtaining certification according to OHSAS 18001 and UNI CEI EN ISO 50001.
We have no minimum order quantities and we can handle small or large productions, also in series.
Lima has a high-tech tracking system that, with the aid of two-dimensional barcodes and high integration with our computer system, allows us to ensure a complete traceability of our products.
In addition, on request, we can provide certificates of conformity such as FDA, NORSOK, etc.
