In few years, the small factory expanded to a new area of 1000m² and then added other 3000m^2.. Meccanica Gervasoni is a trusted supplier of precision CNC milling services to a lot of customer base that touches many industries. Our engineers have a deep understanding of the latest manufacturing technologies and design concepts, which they use to develop optimal processes for cost effectively milling tight tolerance components. We operate an ISO certified process, which allows us to deliver premium quality parts.

Since 2004 Meccanica Gervasoni has concentrated exclusively on development of application of Inconel 625 and spray coating on ball valves components, with the intention of manufacturing superior quality products. HVOF coating has all the attributes needed for high corrosion and erosion and high temperature situations with extremely high bond strength, density and low porosity.
The proven reliability of our work has won us wide recognition as suppliers to the oil and gas industry, as well as to various other markets. Some of the world’s leading names have become part of the ever growing customer base.

All facilities and equipment are adequate and constantly updated considering the development of systems aimed at improving safety and quality of the industrial product. We can thus say that Meccanica Gervasoni is an European reality   that can provide a ball valve worked locally: machining before and after welding, welding overlay, grinding up to 76inches. We have earned the reputation of being able to handle some impossible jobs.

In 2012 the machining department’s facilities have been enlarged with the addition of new CNC work centres for large pieces. Our factories and facilities are built for the express purpose of manufacturing balls, bodies, closures, seals and large size pieces. Our facilities are constantly benefiting from regular capital investments. This ensures that Meccanica Gervasoni is able to manufacture customer’s products using up-to-date methods in the production processes and quality assurance programme. Having several machine shops, large project work can be easily undertaken on behalf of our major clients.
