Our products
•Polyurethane: Pieffe’s core business is undoubtedly polyurethane, which was discovered for the first time during the years ’30 and ’40 during the search for new plastic materials and resins. Over the years, the formulation of thermosetting cast polyurethanes has been improved to adapt to different needs, such as chemical resistance, hardness, flexibility, etc. The vast choice of isocyanates (TDI, MDI, NDI), polyols (polyether, polyester) and cross-linking agents (amines, polyols with three or more hydroxyl groups) allows Pieffe to solve complex problems.
•Polyurethane Roller Coating: Pieffe can cover wheels, rollers, cylinders and drums in polyurethanes of any hardness and colour, including the supply of the aforementioned items including bearing seats, cores or metal parts, the possibility of a work account, the construction of dedicated packaging, and the possible repair of the inserts. Pieffe also offers a variety of processes on polyurethane coverings: axial, radial and helical rifling, conical, biconical and camber grinding, creation of drip crushers.
•Rubber Roller Coating: our production site in Mappano (Turin) is specialized in the coating of rubber rollers, and the supply of rollers complete with metal insert or regeneration of worn rollers, with the total removal of the old coating and the application of a new one with a guarantee of full compliance with the client’s requirements. Decades of experience and knowledge of materials also allows Pieffe to carry out complex processes on rubberized cylinders, obtaining a high quality and competitive product on the market.
•Rubber Molding: rubber molded articles, made with the most varied types of elastomers on the market and through the best technologies available. Rubber molding represents a particular process through which it is possible to create high quality articles intended for different sectors, allowing extremely precise details to be obtained in line with the dimensions required in the design phase.
•Processing of Plastic Materials: in recent years, Pieffe has decided to com
bine the production of cast and molded elastomers with a rich range of customized articles in technoplastic and composite materials, thus meeting the increasingly pressing need of the market to have products with exceptional physical characteristics -mechanical.
