Treatment phases: a precise and automated process
The treatment cycle begins with the automatic opening of the bags, preparing the waste for subsequent sorting. This is followed by key phases:
Disc screening: A disc screening system separates waste by size, facilitating the separation of organic from dry fractions. Manual sorting in a climate-controlled cabin, to ensure the selection of specific materials with maximum comfort and safety for operators. Magnetic separation, where permanent magnet separators extract ferrous metals. Material storage and handling: thanks to the automated bunkers with automatic-opening doors it is possible to efficiently manage workflow and optimize the following pressing phase.
