While, to reduce plant downtime and costs, in addition to the sale of new products, our company has implemented a regeneration process for industrial electronics products (PLC, CNC, HMI, power modules, inverters, converters etc. ) aimed at zero-hour repair, i.e. the replacement of both the components subject to wear and the aesthetic part, recognizing a one-year warranty.
And the customer can also save money and save the planet by sending the faulty product to our Italian laboratory, where we will purchase your product after evaluating its residual value.
Furthermore, through the most modern IT tools, our expert technicians are able to remotely support the maintenance personnel who are physically present on the production plant in troubleshooting, the installation of new or regenerated electronic parts and the commissioning service of the system, thus being able to intervene very quickly.
