The lines that have been most successful in recent years are certainly that of the Roller conveyors and GreenBlow® Air Line.
The Idler Roller Conveyors line includes models both for horizontal transport and for lateral containment. They are available with different type of aluminum profiles (for different load capacity), rollers and headers in order to satisfy any transport need. All roller conveyors are modular and highly customizable in order to adapt to any use and existing production line.
The GreenBlow® air line includes all the components necessary to create a real complete blowing, suction and filtering portal:
• Blowers: with different types of high efficiency and low energy impact motors;
• Air knives and diffusers: for distribute the flow onto different sections in the best possible way.
Available with different shapes, with single and double inlet and with the possibility of covering widths over 4 meters;
• Suction hoods and Cyclone: that allow air suction and filtering. With this components is possible to set a Pull’n’Catch® system (see below);
• Connectors and Fittings: they convey air flow from the blower onto the diffuser/air knife with reduced pressure drops and noise;
• Supports and brackets: allow quick and easy assembly on any existing system.
With all the above components it is very quick and easy to create real blowing portals that can carry out the following actions: cleaning, cooling, drying and separating products with different weights. This line has been enriched with the Pull’n’Catch® system, which completes the air cycle with the suction and filtration part, capable of eliminating processing residues, dusts (PM2,5 PM10 and free crystalline silica) up to viruses and bacteria. Pull’n’Catch system allows you to blow out impurities, suck them up and filter them, and put clean air back into the system. It could be standalone or connected to centralized suction system;
