Continuous support, remote monitoring, and maintenance: these are all services offered by CAMEC.
With over thirty years of experience in designing, manufacturing and installing industrial shredders, CAMEC has built a wealth of knowledge and expertise through ongoing collaboration with our customers. From meeting their specific requirements to guiding them through all the stages of machine lifecycle—from design to post installation maintenance and renovation – we have developed a range of services that allow us to deliver only the best to our clients. We commit to supporting them over time, ensuring the optimal functionality of our shredders, tipping devices, handling systems, and recycling plants.
From consultancy to custom project definition, CAMEC provides all its clients with personalized consultancy services. From the initial plant design phase, our technicians carefully listen to the needs of companies interested in our machinery. They conduct a thorough assessment of their requirements, the type and volume of material to be processed, their operational setup, space availability within their facilities, and more. This evaluation is crucial in defining a truly customized project in collaboration with the client, as well as designing a practical and functional plant layout and correctly sizing and customizing individual machines.
All the benefits of the MY CAMEC program
To efficiently manage after-sales activities and customer support, we have developed the MY CAMEC program—a highly flexible service that allows each client to organize their personalized support program and take advantage of special conditions, spare parts discounts, continuous assistance, and more.
The MY CAMEC program enables us to provide clients with a service tailored to their specific needs over time, offering:
-Customer support to address any issues promptly and minimize response times in case of machinery problems. Through remote monitoring capabilities, CAMEC technicians can provide timely assistance by quickly identifying the source of issues or potential failures. If remote control is not sufficient, on-site interventions can be scheduled at the client’s location.
-Regular and extraordinary maintenance services to ensure each machine performs perfectly and optimizes its performance over time. The schedule for regular maintenance interventions is defined in agreement with the client, and interventions can be scheduled during periods of less intensive machine use to minimize disruption to the company’s internal organization.
-Spare parts supply to minimize machine downtime and ensure clients always have an adequate supply of consumables and wear parts.
-Residual life analysis to assess the efficiency of machines in use, and help clients determine any equipment renewal needs.
