Jpiano® Builder: 4.0 solution for constructors Jpiano® Builder is the specific product for constructors and suppliers of machinery, plants, and equipment, which allows them to sell products with ready-to-use 4.0 interconnection and provide customers with additional services.
The machine constructor can obtain remote monitoring of its products located at customer sites around the world, via control room. In this way, it is possible to provide remote assistance and supervise the usage parameters of the machinery, providing customers with advanced solutions, such as personalized assistance and maintenance based on real usage data. Supplying machinery and equipment, already interconnected to 4.0, allows customers to save time in choosing an additional supplier. Furthermore, the customer can manage production activities, obtain reliable information on the progress of the process, production, downtime and micro-downtime, performance indicators, and useful elements for identifying improvement actions through a single interface.
