The activity is developed exclusively and totally within our factory with an important fleet of latest generation machines and a team with consolidated technical experience.
Activities and processes:
– sheet metal processing (sheet metal forming dies, stamping, welding)
– CNC die-sinking EDM, even for large parts
– high precision wire EDM EDM
– 3, 4 and 5-axis EDM micro-drilling (shaped holes on blades and vanes, complex drilling) – surface processing and finishing

Materials processed
The components that we produce are obtained from sheets of the following nickel-based superalloys:
– Hastelloy
– Nimonic 75
– Inconel 718
– AISI 321
– AISI 310
The thickness of the sheets we work is between 0.15 mm and 8.3 mm
We manage orders from design (in collaboration with the customer) to delivery of the finished products by studying specific solutions for each individual customer. Supplies for small, medium and large orders. Active since 2002, we are certified with the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality system and use self-produced energy from a recently installed photovoltaic system.
