Modular conveyor belts
The recent development of automation in sheet metal stamping, through the use of feeders, advance systems, loading-unloading robots, resulting in increased production, has highlighted a long-overlooked issue: the recovery of waste produced by cutting molds.
For this purpose, Eligraf 81 has designed and put on the market a range of conveyor belts, including mesh belts, magnetic belts, and belts with metal cleats, sized to suit any type of application and space. In addition to use under presses, Eligraf 81 conveyors are also employed in the evacuation of machined parts on automatic lathes, with the subsequent unloading into crates and/or bins; if the transported pieces are delicate, they can be unloaded into the new machine, designed and built by Eligraf 81 for the protection of parts against dents.
To complete the Eligraf 81 range, the motorized rollers and idle rollers, ball workbenches, loaders, elevators for assembly machines, storage warehouses (buffers), and complementary accessories. In 2021, we celebrated 40 years of activity; we are still operational and ready to meet customer demands. Our products satisfy various applications to improve production and work cycles. In case of need, we are available for on-site inspections to verify the new application in harmony with the customer and to assess any space constraints and areas to be utilized.
