Mollificio Luigi Codega specializes in producing springs and elastic components with diameters ranging from 0.10 to 24mm. These components are used in a wide variety of sectors such as mechanical, electrotechnical, hydraulic, food, etc.
All products are made from carefully selected raw materials. Some of the materials used are carbon steel, alloy steel, pre-hardened steel, pre-galvanized steel, stainless steel, bronze, and many others.
Modern technology combined with extensive experience (we have been manufacturing industrial springs since 1925) enables us to produce small and large series of products that meet our customers’ needs perfectly. All designs are evaluated in advance and the most suitable processing and inspection cycle is identified for each particular piece.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and our way of doing business allows us to have full traceability of the production process referring to all our items, going back to raw materials, equipment used, employees, etc.
All our suppliers are constantly monitored and evaluated. In addition, raw materials are always accompanied by 3.1 certificates.
Test and raw material certificates are issued for each item upon request.

Mollificio Codega has a long history dating back to the 1920s, a phase when it primarily focused on the cycling and motorcycle industry. Sir Luigi Codega (founder of the company), a motorcycle enthusiast, initially focused on the study and production of the first springs for bicycles and small motorcycles. Due to this enthusiasm and considerable growth in the industry which characterized that historical period,
production was expanded to include springs for engines and suspensions. Other industries began to also demand springs in large quantities, and thus we adapted to cater to these new markets such as the electrical, mechanical, locksmith market, etc.
Nowadays, especially in the midst of ever-increasing digital progress, technological evolution offers us new resources that were unthinkable just a few years ago. This situation requires us to be up-to-date constantly and to have a team that is increasingly motivated to acquire new skills. Young people joining our company have demonstrated a modern mindset, open to change.

We believe that our dedication and expertise gained over nearly a century of doing business are valuable and uncommon characteristics.
Our main customers currently include a wide range of companies from different sectors especially in the field of small mechanical and electrical engineering. We are delighted with the results achieved so far. Should this positive phase continue, we plan to make targeted investments to increase production and improve quality.
