Liftronic®Pro Intelligent Manipulator
The Liftronic® Vac-U-Grip Panels is the cutting-edge, safe, ergonomic, reliable and industry 4.0-suitable intelligent solution for handling rigid glass or metal sheets with a smooth, non-porous surface, 5 to 40 mm thick, weighing up to 250 kg.
This manipulator has all the advantages of an INDE VA® : electronic control, compactness of the gripping tools, smooth and precise movements, safety system against accidental load drop and uncontrolled movements that can be harmful for the operator. Vac-U-Grip Panels, thanks to being industrialized, ensures a high level of reliability and efficiency.
The range includes 3 models: Pick& Place,Tilting (90°),Tilting & Rotation (90°). Various sizes of suction cup frames are available according to the size of the panels you have to move.
Up/down movements and load positioning are exceptionally smooth, fast and precise: with almost no effort (about 300 gr), the operator can easily and ergonomically lift a panel of up to 250 kg.
Four standard handle sizes are available to suit different applications and always ensure an ergonomic position of the arms and hands .
Thanks to the automatic load weight sensing and balancing technology the INDEVA® manipulators allows you to handle loads of different weights or loads with changing weight (e.g.: bags being emptied) without any system adjustment or presetting; the operator can handle loads of different weights in an intuitive, precise and natural way as if you were working without the aid of a machine.
An INDEVA® manipulator responds in real time: it moves as fast or as slow as the operator decides, using fingertip control with minimal effort and instant response, allowing you to lift and move loads up to 320 K g almost effortless . Thanks to the electronic control an INDE VA allows for precise and coordinated movements, with accurate load placement, so reducing the risk of load damage and stress for the operator.
