We buy raw materials such as brass, aluminium, stainless steel and we transform them into high quality safety devices. All our products are made in Italy.
We offer a wide range of safety device such as: Quick Dry couplings, API couplings, overfill prevention valves, Shut-Off Valves, Check Valves, Ball Float Vent Valves, Vapor Stop devices, Pressure Vacuum Valves, End of Line Flame Arresters and In Line Flame Arresters (certified also for Hydrogen). Pressure Vacuum valves, Anti-Siphon valves, Ball Float Vent Valves are designed to protect the tanks from over pressure and the dispersion of liquids in both normal and emergency conditions.
For the loading and unloading of tanks and tank Trucks, our API and Quick Dry valves are the perfect solutions to avoid liquid leakage and to carry out transhipment of liquids in complete safety, also for operators.
The Overfill Prevention Valve Ridart is designed to prevent the overfill of underground storage tanks by providing a positive shut-off of product delivery.
The shut-off valve is an integral part of the drop tube used for gravity filling. It’s a safety device updated in accordance with ISO EN 13616-1.
Beside the overflow prevention valve, we produce another important product for safety: Flame Arresters, normally installed where a potentially explosive mixture might be generated to isolate flames in a circumscribed area protecting the surrounding environment.
The In Line and End of Line Flame Arresters Ridart are a Protection System with stainless Steel ribbon coil element, there are one or more ribbon coiled disk certified inside the valves, which allow the dissipation of flames.
During the filling, the free vent discharge vapours that may ignite due to atmospheric or accidental causes, the tank shall be protected to prevent the propagation of flames into the container. All our products meet current legislation and standards: ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU covering all equipment used in confined areas including Flame Arresters: EN ISO 16852:2016 Tutorials, 3D videos, certifications, datasheets are available on our website and on our YouTube channel.
Our tutorials explain why, how and where you can use our products, we also have a technical department inside for any questions or problems that may come.
The pandemic didn’t stop our work, during this period we have been developing new products, obtained new certifications and expanded our sales network. For example, to provide a valid alternative to stainless steel, our new proposal is focused on aluminium products with PTFE coating, that allows than to be compatible with many additives and chemicals.
We also work with great attention to the environment, with our 72 KW photovoltaic system, we support more than 70% of our production, we aim to be as far as possible an enterprise aimed at the green economy. In 2022 we export our products to over 50 countries and our goal is to increase the global presence, our ambition is being recognized as a world leader in the production of safety equipment for fuel and chemicals storage tanks.
The Pandemic didn’t stop our technical department, they worked for develop new devices . One of them is the FEMALE API COUPLER Model 1521.
The female coupler Mod.1521 Ridart is used for the bottom loading of hydrocarbons into tank trucks. This coupler ensures secure connection with an API adapter, as well as high speed loading. It is designed and manufactured according to API RP 1004, it is used to prevent any possible leaking during the process of transferring fluids during the loading/discharge of tank trucks. We produce it with very simple maintenance, with our maintenance kit, you can maintain the coupling without external assistance. It’s a Safety accessory in according with Directives ATEX 2014/34/EU and PED 2014/68/UE. We can supply them with seals in a variety of materials to ensure compatibility with a wide range of petrochemical products.
