MIVAL WITH 55 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF VALVES FOR INDUSTRIAL PLANTS
This year MIVAL celebrates 55 years in business, an important milestone, achieved with perseverance and commitment, always focused on the quality of valves, work and service, an attitude that has been rewarded over time.
MIVAL is an Italian family company founded in 1967 by Rossi Roberto, the company administrator; the management of the company is entrusted to his three sons who take care of the commercial, production and quality aspects, together with all the collaborators known for their experience and professionalism.
Over the years, MIVAL has always stood out for the quality of its valves and is now internationally known for its maintenance-free valves, produced in Italy at the Serravalle Sesia (VC) plant, using state-of-the-art technologies. Bellows glove valve are made of cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel and stainless steel and can be found being used in many plants.
Most are used as on/off valves, several for fluid adjustment and balancing. What are important are the customizations, such as, the stellite seats, the BW connections, the male/female joint, the
semiautomatic disc; all require a few days for delivery.
As an alternative to manual handling, we can propose pneumatic or electric actuation, which always guarantees very quick delivery times.
In addition to bellows globe valve, we also produce check valves and strainers. Upon request, a special feature is the possibility to have the internal basket with different filtrations from the standard ones. This year, we will be present at two trade fairs, IVS in Bergamo and Valve World in Dusseldorf, where we will have the pleasure of being able to see many customers in person. The post-Covid-19 restart has given strong positive signals, accompanied, unfortunately, by an increase in the prices of raw materials, energy and transportation that is shaping up to be a worrying scenario.
In this difficult situation, we have invested in a new ERP system to update all business processes alongside those already activated by Industry 4.0.
On the occasion of the fair of Bergamo IVS, which will be held on 25th and 26th May, since the application of oxygen and hydrogen is becoming more and more frequent (the valves are degreased, as certified by an external company), we will present the special features of the valves that can be used for the flow of hydrogen.
