Exporting to the Middle East an African countries with TÜV RHEINLAND: government certification programs
In order to export to various countries in the Middle East and Africa, companies must start a certification process that is based on an inspection activity. The output of the activity, which also includes document review, is the issuance of a Certificate of Conformity (CoC), or a Certificate of Inspection (CoI), depending on the government requirements of the country of destination.
The operation falls within the scope of the consumer protection policy, so that only approved, safe and quality products enter the markets, and refers exclusively to products listed in the lists of regulated products issued by the governmental authorities of the respective country, and which fall within all sectors. TÜV Rheinland is registered with the respective governments, to offer services in accordance with various Certification Schemes.
SAUDI ARABIA:
SABER – we manage certification process in accordance with the SALEEM programme from Italy. Service include: product registration, issuing of the Product Certificate of Conformity, document review and approval of the Shipment Certificates of Conformity. We have extensive knowledge on managing certification according to Technical Regulations issued by SASO and on applicable Type procedures according to the product category.
In our department we have auditors with the expertise to carry out the factory first & follow up activities required by the Technical Regulation Type 3 procedures.
We have as well the registration as Technical Reviewer and Lead Auditors for many product categories under the Type 5 Scheme called Saudi Quality Mark (SQM). TÜV Rheinland offer support for all certification services within the scope of the SL&S, JEEM1 SASO office for:
Energy Efficiency Regulation looking for obtaining energy label certificate, license and label.
SQM – Saudi Quality Mark – we have Technical reviewer expert and Lead auditor in Italy, certified by SASO SIRC – SASO IECEE RECOGNITION CERTIFICATE – in addition, we have various accreditations to issue the CBs needed to obtain the SIRC certificate
WEL – Water Efficiency Label – for all items falling under the scope of the Technical Regulation for water rationalization tools CTIC – for all products falling under the scope of the RED/ Wireless directive.
KUWAIT:

Registration of regulated products with issuance of TER (Technical Evaluation Registration)
We are able to perform inspection activities for any type of regulated product within the programme

EGYPT:
We offer information regarding GOEIC registration, we are also recognised as a certifying body to be able to carry out the QMS required, useful to your registration with GOEIC

MOROCCO:
We offer full support for the verification of your items HS codes in accordance with the certification procedure implemented last February 1st by MICEVN authorities.
We can follow and offer you the best support in understanding the CMIM marking requirements.
We offer Registration (Route B) and Licensing (Route C) services after having successfully carried out the first 3 shipments in Route A, as a specific requirement by the competent authorities
We provide notions of mandatory marking according to Law 24 issued by the Moroccan Ministry

IRAQ:
We are currently the only certification body able to offer the service of registration of your production sites, which will be used by your importers to apply for the import licence from the Iraqi authorities. It happens only after you have obtained the Certificate of Registration (CoR) issued by TUV RHEINLAND.
