IKA-Ex series Heavy Duty & Mobile Version (also cold water)

“IdroEletrika ATEX system” is a special designed hot and cold water high pressure cleaner, ideal for the oil and gas industry where the use and supply of special equipment is strictly monitored and requires industrial grade machines guaranteed 100% for use in areas with risk of explosion zone 1, 2, 21 and 22. Different to most other systems found on the market, where water is heated prior to pumping and with a limited duration of hot water, the IKA-Ex series’ advanced technology heats water after the pump through heavy duty reinforced patented boiler groups which maintain a constant working temperature continuously. Our ATEX system use some of the best quality components with machines in stainless steel AISI 316L and all major and electrical components being ATEX certified. We have obtained certification approval by one of the most rigorous certifying bodies in the industry, DNV – Det Norske Veritas, and ensure that all our models are made to the same standards. “IdroEletrika ATEX system” is based on technology originating from our standard patented high pressure boiler system which is produced in low, medium and high flow rates for various number of industries.

APPLICATIONS
Our technologies are suitable for all applications, including oil & gas (oil platforms, refinery, distribution ducts, storage tanks, gas pipelines), industry (mechanical industries, foundries, heavy engineering, washing die cast modules, washing presses, cleaning machinery, small parts washer, industrial spray painting, refurbishing machinery), pharmaceutical industry and any area which requires ATEX or Ex certified equipment.OUR IDEAS FOR YOUR WORK
The protection of the environment in which we live is one of the priorities of Idroeletrika which has been operating since 2006 on the Italian and international markets proposing a wide range of eco pressure washers and eco steam generators completely in line with the concept of “green”.
Environmental issues are generally divided into three major categories: reduction in use of natural resources, direct impacts on human health and safety and the deterioration of th ecosystem. The patented technology contained in our machines comes from a concept of reducing the amount of water used and consequently wasted, increasing usefulness to the operators while minimizing the effort required to handle and direct the water jets and ultimately, eliminating the exhaust fumes in the atmosphere, needing only electricity for machine operation and heating of water.
